Mr. Henry Kwame Kom is the Managing Director of Asterix Insurance Brokers Ltd. (AIBL). He attended the London Guildhall University and studied for a Diploma in Insurance awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute United Kingdom. He holds an EMBA in Strategic Management and Consultancy. He has 23 years experience in the insurance industry.

He began his insurance career with Donewell Insurance Co. Ltd in April 1998 as an office assistant and rose through the ranks to be a Branch and Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager in 2009.
